Carbon black and cyclomethicone-free, this water-resistant formula slicks on saturated color, smoothly.

Directions

Glide across lash line effortlessly.
Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smoky look or leave as-is for a defined, bold look.
After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight.
Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.
